Seven of Cups

The Seven of Cups shows a person with a variety of  possibilities, choices or decisions - each has it's own set of positive and negative repercussions. Sometimes when faced with so many choices the tendency is to just make a choice and get it over with, however great care should be taken before making just any decision. So today, if you are confronted with this type of situation, perhaps the best decision is to not make one and move on.  It's better to error on the side of caution than make a bad decision with lasting repercussions.

King of Pentacles, reversed

The King of Pentacles, reversed, would indicate an incident or a series of incidents have caused things to turn from a prosperous situation to one of concern.  The vision was grand but the plan was more of a verbose sales pitch - the execution were poor, and some unexpected issues arose and caused further complication.  As things have devolved, there were decisions made in poor judgement, focus was on the plan rather than to obvious environmental changes.

While setbacks have occurred, all may not  be lost.  The situation may not be entirely lost.  More than a review of acumen is needed here, a review of commitment among the stakeholders is also needed and listening to their opinion - perhaps there's a plan or angle that has not been considered yet.
