King of Pentacles, reversed

The King of Pentacles, reversed, would indicate an incident or a series of incidents have caused things to turn from a prosperous situation to one of concern.  The vision was grand but the plan was more of a verbose sales pitch - the execution were poor, and some unexpected issues arose and caused further complication.  As things have devolved, there were decisions made in poor judgement, focus was on the plan rather than to obvious environmental changes.

While setbacks have occurred, all may not  be lost.  The situation may not be entirely lost.  More than a review of acumen is needed here, a review of commitment among the stakeholders is also needed and listening to their opinion - perhaps there's a plan or angle that has not been considered yet.
